Virtual Exhibit Opportunities
Members of the PSPE 2020 Conference planning committee are excited to have you join us for a completely new experience as the 2020 Conference moves online.
Exhibits – or “web booths” – will be accessible to conference attendees in the PSPE Virtual Marketplace even after the online conference is complete.
In the web booth, exhibitor representatives can
- Interact in real-time with attendees, either through the chat feature or even more fun, the personalized video conference.
- Customize your virtual booth with downloadable reference information for attendees to keep; add pre-recorded video from your webpage; or other material you want to share. It’s even possible to set up video appointments for product demos.
- Watch the “live presence tracking” to show who is visiting your booth, and tag them for an online text or video chat.
- After the conference, PSPE will provide attendee contact info as we have in the past, for those who did not visit your booth.

The PSPE 2020 Conference is extremely grateful to all those who support the organization with their time, talent, and treasure.
While the conference may look a little different this year, it continues to offer valuable training and networking for attendees. The conference also offers great opportunities for sponsor recognition.
Sponsor logos will be displayed, but in addition, if you sponsor a session, you have increased chances for fun. The virtual conference platform allows us to place either a brief pre-recorded video or a few slides with a message from your organization to run prior to the session going live. The recording or PowerPoint message can be placed on line at any time.
