Need to Know Tour Info:

Beyond the Ballroom: A Mechanical and Electrical Tour of the PA Convention Center: Transportation to and from the PA Convention Center on Thursday, 9/24 will be provided by PSPE. Meet in the hotel lobby to catch the bus, which will leave at 2:15 pm.

Sustainable Dining Facility & Geoexchange Plant Tour: The tour of the Swarthmore Dining Facility is on campus and does not require transportation from the hotel. The site is not under active construction, so no PPE is required; however, it is strongly advised to wear sturdy shoes. The facility may be loud, so the tour guides will have portable microphones if needed to help mitigate the excess noise.

Please be sure to sign up in advance for the tours if you are interested in attending.

Join PSPE for its exhibit hall on Thursday 9/24! Visit amongst an array of companies that can provide services directly to you.

Exhibit Hours: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm on Thursday 9/24

We welcome all sponsors and exhibitors to set up their exhibit tables on Wednesday afternoon 9/23 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. The exhibit hall is in the main foyer of the hotel lobby, right by the hotel check-in desk, but also right by our meeting rooms. Please be aware that this will not be a secured space overnight.

If you are unable to join us for early set up on Wednesday, the exhibit hall will be available to access the morning of Thursday 9/24 beginning at 6:30 am. Breakfast and registration begin at 7:30 am.

The hotel recommends pulling up to the carport at the rear entrance of the hotel, off of Fieldhouse Lane, to unload your materials. Bell carts will be available at that entrance to assist with unloading.
