On behalf of the 2026-27 PSPE Nominating Committee, I offer the following report. The committee discussed the nominated slate of officers for the 2026-27 PSPE year. Nominating Committee members contributing to the discussion are as follows:
- Northeast Region: Michael Basta, PE, F.NSPE (Lehigh Valley Chapter)
- Central Region: Ken McGinnis, PE (Lincoln Chapter)
- Western Region: David McCullough, PE, F.NSPE (Beaver County Chapter)
- Southeast Region: Francis Stanton, PE, F.NSPE (Bucks County Chapter)
The Committee reviewed the nominations and presents the following:

Fredric Plotnick, PE (Philadelphia Chapter), will become President in accordance with the PSPE Bylaws.
