Call for Speakers | 2022 Virtual Conference

PSPE is seeking conference presentations that reflect innovative, cutting edge content. Presentation should provoke discussion and audience engagement, as well as facilitate knowledge transfer and the development of new skills.

Presentations received from now through June 30, 2022 at 5:00 PM (EST) will be considered for the Virtual Conference.

The framework for the 2021 Virtual Conference is Sustainability and the Triple Bottom Line | Profit – People – Planet. 

PSPE is seeking case studies, lessons learned, and panel discussions covering:

  • Ethics and Sustainable Development
  • Sustainable Transportation
  • Engineering and Sustainable Community Development
  • Alternate and Renewable Energy
  • Sustainable Infrastructure & Built Environment
  • Sustainable Systems & Materials

What are the dates for the conference?

  • Tues., Sept., 14
  • Wed., Sept. 15
  • Tues., Sept., 21
  • Wed., Sept. 22

How many session slots are available?

  • 10 – 1 hour sessions
  • 8 – 1 hour session and 2 – 2 hour sessions

What is the format of the Virtual Conference?

PSPE strongly suggests for speakers to prerecord their sessions, this reduces the risk of technical interruptions. This will also allow for the presenter to attend the session and be available in the chat to respond to questions ‘live’.  Sessions will be broadcast between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm EST on all four days. This information is tentative and is subject to change between now and the event date.

Evaluation Process

PSPE cannot guarantee that you or your topic will be chosen for a webinar. Once submitted, your webinar application will be reviewed by the PSPE Education Committee for consideration. Proposal applications that fail to meet all guidelines or are incomplete will not be considered for review. If selected as a PSPE webinar speaker, presenting is voluntary and no compensation will be provided. The topic and/or focus of the proposal cannot be related to business or sales development.
