Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; the ability to work with diverse groups; a working knowledge of building codes; AutoCAD experience; and a familiarity with cost estimating are preferred. Immediate Opening: The Lower Salford Township Authority, Montgomery County, PA is accepting applications for the position of Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight of three Wastewater Treatment Plants (0.90 MGD, 0.59 MGD, and 7,000 GPD), 11 pump stations, the collection and conveyance systems, eight employees, and all Authority equipment, buildings, and property. The Authority is seeking a dedicated employee to provide leadership and stability to the operations.

Lower Salford Township, centrally located in the Indian Valley and North Penn regions is experiencing growth in the residential, commercial and industrial areas. Several large commercial and transportation projects point to further non-residential growth in the area. The Authority has an aggressive capital improvements plan in place with over $3.5 million in capital projects planned over the next two years.

Senior Hydraulic Engineer

Excellent growth role for a senior hydraulic engineer/modeler with at least 15 years of applicable hydraulic engineering and modeling experience - an advanced degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on hydraulics and hydrology is preferred, however a B.S. degree with additional relevant experience will also be considered.
