3. Approval of Notes of August 11,2006 Board Meeting
     Motion Made,Seconded, Approved
4. State Director's Report
     Summary of Sept. 23 rd meeting submitted by John Nawn and is located on PSPE Web Site.Notes prepared by Frank      Stanton,Regional VP were submitted.
5. Treasurer's Report
     Mike Ciocco submitted his Report:
              General Fund            $5787
              Math Counts Fund        $7575
              Scholarship Fund        $6868
              Golf Outing Fund           $0
              Total Funds Available  $20230
     There was a discussin of increasing the scholarship awards.
     The science awards will be $950.The amount of the prizes should be advertised to the Contestents.Barbara Grimte is      taking Peggy Hunt' place. 
     A motion was  made ,seconded and approved to increase the Chapter Dues  from $15. to $20.
     Mike will look for higher Money Market Rates.
6. Programs
     October 18 th Meeting: We have 26 people signed up
     The PSPE Southeast Regional Meeting will be held on Thursday, Nov.30 th. The Notice is posted on the Web Site
     March Meeting: Bill Mulloy will Direct    
7. Old Business
     None
8. New Business
     A Sympathy Card was sent to Eileen Nelson whose father passed away.
     Math Counts has 21 schools signed up.We pay $80 registration per school.
     A Bill Scattergood Award will be established.
     The Delaware Valley Engineer of the Year has  four Candidates, including Joe Viscuso from DELCO. Two Reps from DELCO are      needed to attend the Nov.8th Meeting in Phila.       for the voting.
     Future Cities:John Kampmeyer
     A Student Chapter has been established at PIT.Linda Pease is the Mentor.
     Kevin suggested that High School Counselors be contacted to promote engineering careers to high school students
